Unprecedented obstruction by a minority in the Senate has left the nation with nearly 100 current and future vacancies on the federal courts across the nation. While the Senate has taken important steps in fixing the nation’s justice system, the Senate must continue to confirm judges across the country and end the judicial vacancy crisis once and for all.
