During this Administration, we can't let Prejudice become Policy. Take the Pledge Today!

Take Action Now:

Take Action: The Trump Administration has shown disdain, disregard, and even disrespect for many of the institutions, individuals and gains made in the interest of expanding the civil and human rights of all Americans. Now more than ever we must act together and redouble our pledge to not let prejudice become policy. Take the pledge today.

“Commit yourself to the noble struggle for human rights.

You will make a greater person of yourself, a greater nation of your country and a finer world to live in.”

Martin Luther King, Jr.

The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights will continue to work toward Dr. King's unyielding vision of equality for all. Sadly, and disturbingly, many of the Trump Administration's words and actions since January are of grave concern and consequence.

The words and actions have served to divide all Americans and disregard the rights of those who are most marginalized. His administration has rescinded guidance on protecting the rights of transgender students, attempted to ban Muslim immigrants, committed itself to waging a "War on Drugs 2.0" and nominated a judge to the Supreme Court who would act as a rubber stamp for these egregious actions.

We must work together to oppose discrimination and oppression, protect and advance the civil and human rights of the American people, and ensure that prejudice does not drive the policies that govern our nation. Now, more than ever, we must be unified and stay the course. Join the Leadership Conference's coalition today!
