Ms. Muñoz has a long record of accomplishment, including her work in the civil and human rights coalition as a senior vice president with the National Council of La Raza and her service with the administration as director of intergovernmental affairs. She has demonstrated leadership in influencing and crafting the most important economic, civil rights, immigration, and education policies throughout the years.
