President Obama Names Sonia Sotomayor to the U.S. Supreme Court

On Tuesday, President Obama nominated Judge Sonia Sotomayor to replace the retiring Justice David Souter on the U.S. Supreme Court.

A new TV ad from the Coalition for Constitutional Values explains why Sotomayor – who has experience in nearly every aspect of the law, having served as a big-city prosecutor and a corporate litigator, a federal trial judge, and an appellate judge – is a terrific nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court.

New Foreclosure Protection for Renters
