Washington - Tomorrow, Tuesday April 12th at 2:15 PM, over 140 organizations, representing a broad cross section of groups that seldom - if ever - take positions on judicial nominations will call on senators to oppose the effort by some Republican leaders to eliminate the Senate filibuster of judicial nominations. The group will deliver a letter to Senators Frist and Reid calling for caution and urging senators to oppose the so-called "nuclear option".
